I have not been very good at this blog thing lately. My busy life has caught up with me and I'm still trying to get out from under it all. I think I can do it. I also have to train my mind to stay on one task until it's done. That's easier said then done. Adult ADD is terrible. I have so many projects going at once I don't know which one to finish first. I have found a new obsession and it really has taken over my craft room (and a little bit of the kitchen table) and my lief. I spend a ton of time on google looking it up and getting some new ideas. I have found myself attracted to Steampunk. I know everyone I tell is like "what". Steampunk. Google it. It's very interesting and I have found that I like to create Steampunk hats. That is what's taking up most of my craft area right now. Now I have to remodel my area so that I have more room and buy more storage containers. Anyways. Steampunk hats are so fun to create. Right now I'm just buying the top hats and adding my touch to them, but I would love to learn how to make a top hat from scratch. I have also made some small ones and have also created some facinators. I don't know if they will catch on in the states but man are they popular in the UK. Anyways I have a hat I'm in the process of finishing. So let me show you that one and then I will show you the one I have started for my daughter.
